Judge Sotomayor - Could You Describe What 25 Years From Now Will Look Like Where You Will Vote Against The Assumed Inferiority Of Black People

Judge Sotomayor - I listened to you during your Senate testimony in which you said that you hoped that in 25 years there would not be a need for race based preferences because the society has changed.

Where as most people would tend to be impressed with your statement I can't be. Your soon to be colleague Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg said the same thing in partnership with former Justice Sandara Day O'Conner. Using her 25 year clock on Affirmative Action - I had figured that the year 2025 would be the day of reckoning for any Black person who dared to believe that this program was the primary means for the advancement of our people.

You threaten to shift this date back to 2035. As an African-American the year 2035 rings ominous to me not because this might be the year that you stop voting for racial preferences. Instead this is the year in which the Social Security program beings to payout more than it has in its reserves and receipts from active workers. But I digress.

PLEASE PROVIDE SPECIFICITY

Judge Sotomayor - I am imagining the day when you say "Sorry time is up." upon seeing a Black man standing in front of your courtroom, pleading injury due to past actions prior to his birth.

I ask that you provide the a detailed frame work by which you will know and then let us know that such a judicial theory has run its course.
