The Most Dangerous Block In Atlanta Steals Another Life

Nobody can say that I have failed ot notice the pattern that has been going on around this area of Atlanta bounded by Joseph E Boone Blvd and Joseph Lowery Bvld. I flip between 3 of the most prominent news channels on a daily basis to compare their coverage of all news. In the process of doing so I sometimes detect patterns. When I detect a certain reference being repeated over and over and over again - If I were to ignore it for the sake of "saving face" that I would be complicit in tucking this information under the rug.

In reading a commentary about a frequent debate opponent - he is of the opinion that "Black Conservatives" love to traffic in "bad news" about Black America as a way of shaming our own people. This is 100% bull.

My mission is to

  • Speak up on behalf of the VICTIMS of these patterns of violence. Their condition does not serve the political agenda of those who normally would speak out when Black people are victimized. I am there to pick up the slack
  • Thus - Hold the Black Establishment Accountable - the reason why those who are in power are silent about these patterns is because most of them got INTO office claiming to be "the People's Champion". They used images of THE SYSTEM'S POWER that was rolling over the little people. Now that THEY ARE THE SYSTEM we have a "fox guarding the hen house" situation which relies upon THEIR friends in the activist and Black news media who SHOULD BE staying focused on the "Black Best Interests" instead choosing to stay loyal to the ideological movement. Thus we have the SILENCE that is ever present when these events occur, the wrong assailant causing the chaos for them to take action against.

The way to shut me up is to go after the people who are causing this choas. The "positive" stories that I post are contained on the sister blog "Functional Culture". This blog has a different mission. I am attempting to stop a long running fraud from continuing.

I am not the one making these communities look bad. Everyone can see the news and form their own opinion. In truth they would love to see the news sources from which I obtain this information to STOP their coverage of these events. In truth these people care more about their political machine that presides over this area than they do about managing that machine to address these problems. Ultimately we are looking not at POLITICS but the effects of having POLITICAL PROMISES used to patch over something that is CULTURAL in nature. These communities were used and they helped to get the present power base into power. Now it is time for these same people to manage their own way toward a different outcome.

The easily exploitable surfaces are now gone.
