Man Sues KFC Over FREE Grilled Chicken Give Away

Lawsuit targets KFC chicken giveaway

Dude needs to give this one a rest.
Just because he likely stood in line for over one hour for some FREE chicken only to find that they were sold out when he got to the cash register DOES NOT qualify as a actionable grievance.

I would actually be too embarrassed to affix my name to a lawsuit after I exposed the worth of my time for a plate of chicken. If the meal went for $3.99 and a person spent one hour or more in line - this gives some tacit information about the worth of their time, absent some progressive legislator seeking to set a wage floor for this person's benefit.

If the man wanted some chicken he could have walked across the street to the Popeyes, the Churches or the Chick-Fil-A - MONEY IN HAND and purchased his own chicken just as everyone else does except for this day when Oprah told him and millions of others that KFC had the hook up.

Do you see why companies play defense and will NOT do these give-a-ways any longer?
