Federal Democrats Cut "Abstinence Only Education" - The Scape Goat Has Been Slaughtered

In the big scheme of things - I DON'T CARE about the Abstinence Only Education Program.

The primary source for sexual education and guidance on behavior should be the parents, the church and the community. With each of these forces having a first hand stake in the sculpting of a properly functioning community they are obliged to provide guidance to the young people who are raised within the confines of their environment.

For me as an observer and critic of the Black Establishment, the fall of "Abstinence Only Education" provides for a clear break point for all who are open minded in their willingness to inspect the efficacy of certain cultural and social policies to do so.

Over the years of listening to various talk shows and community forums I have heard various community activists and inner city youth advocates strike out at the "conservative" "Abstinence Only Education" programs as the reason why their stats remain unacceptably high. Last year I reported in this blog about how an Atlanta based activist attacked "A.O.E." as the reason why Black female teens had a higher STD rate. These were the first words out of her mouth as the NPR host told of the alarming state of affairs among the Black female population. It served as a means of going on the offensive so that her theories did not have to be DEFENDED for the results that they have expressed.

With this legislation: THE SCAPE GOAT JUST GOT SLAUGHTERED!!

THANK YOU PRESIDENT OBAMA AND THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATS!!!

Maybe it's me? Maybe my brain works differently?

When I see one controversial construct fall and another one that has been advocated by the opposition move into the empty space to take its place I begin to focus my inspection upon the new theory to confirm its efficacy. Others continue to beat upon the old theory because the emotions around this old theory STILL are a crowd favorite that can draw upon the hatred that is resident within the masses.

Since my goal is to evaluate a set of ideas and retain those which work I am not bothered by the purge of certain theories who's effectiveness has been questioned. We can only achieve a reformed set of policies if we do such experimentation.

The problem that I have is with BIGOTS who "win" but have no intention of allowing the policies that they implement to be scrutinized as the source of their continuing problems. Their goal is not "a fix". Instead their goal is "POWER". If you believe that they will yield their policies as they accept that within the DOMAIN IN QUESTION......theirs is the dominate force and thus since all others have vacated or have been nullified to the point of irrelevance that they will come around - YOU ARE SADLY MISTAKEN.

CONTROL OF THE PLATEAU AND YET STILL CLIMBING TOWARD THE TOP

This week I heard that Al Shaprton plans to lead a mass protest on behalf of "Urban Education" in Washington DC. The fact that after decades of struggle for quality education which has lead to the placement of "favorable people" in office to run this important institution within the Black community one would assume that Rev Sharpton and others would begin to hold the people who now run these institutions (and themselves who put them there) accountable for the performance of this new regime. Unfortunately this would be like the fox who guards the hen house seeking to keep his fox friends out of the enclosure that hold the chickens in earnest.

In as much as this unified force (the 9P's which dominate Black Political thought) run the board the Black community WILL NOT hold serious debate as to how we have benefited as a community with their POLICIES PREVAILING OVER THESE AREAS.

I must relent, however, and say that Al Shaprton nor these people who are anti-Abstinence Only are NOT THE PROBLEM. They are going to run their Progressive Power until they achieve their desired power.

The fault must go to the GENERAL BLACK COMMUNITY. It is the Black community which as allowed them to run this board unchecked. Too much of the Black community HATE WHITE CONSERVATIVES AND THEIR VALUES more than they HATE the situation that is allowed to fester once our long time enemies vacate and "the Blacks" are left to field the set of policies and community social governance of our own choosing. When such a position is reached and the results are unfavorable these operatives simply begin their ascent to the NEXT PLATEAU and make use of the perception of forward movement against the enemies who have CAUSED THESE PROBLEM via their benign neglect to stave off any critical inspection of the mis-leaders.

Thus is it the Black Community who is at fault for going along.
