This is a common response by those who make use of certain effective draws upon the sentiments of Black people and White people to have their own way.
In summary - my "attack" is not upon Black people in general but instead I am focused upon those who make use of certain concepts to advance their point. I am bombarding them with the real EMOTIONS of Black people who are tired of being assaulted. I am showing the families who have lost a loved one in my series "What Is Making Black People Cry Today?"
Their concept of the "Racist Scare Crow" is rather effective. These operatives love nothing more than to monopolize the mind share of Black people in their favor today by reminding us how certain White forces have attacked us in the past. I have spoken previously about how an elephant is trained by placing a thick chain around him as a youth. Upon endless tugging upon that chain to no avail - he will give up. The adult elephant which retains these thoughts but who now has the power to easily pop this chain will, upon feeling the pull upon his neck after having walked toward the edge of the perimeter defined by his master will NOT EVEN TRY to break the chain despite his present capacity to do so. Sadly, the operatives who I fight against are the new "elephant trainers" for Black people. A "Black in good standing" is one who stays within his prescribed domain of thoughts and actions. If you believe that these actions all have to be in support of the "Black Permanent Interests" - you'd be wrong. They only need to be POPULAR or excused because "Slavery's conditioning" has caused it to show up today - just as the enemy has intended.
Today as more Black people live in areas that are controlled by people they favor the long heard promises for a better day have yet to be delivered in certain key areas. Where as the people living within who have a strong revolutionary spirit and are subject to protests as they have displayed in the past - THESE "Racist Scare Crow" tactics serve to tap into this more powerful force within Black people and thus serve to order Black folks like metal shavings within a magnetic field. You can be sure that the operative will pull out these well tested tactics out of their back pocket that taps into a fear that is embedded in most Blacks per our knowledge of history.
This FEAR is that the HISTORY that they have been primed in our collective minds will come back IF the Blacks of today begin to question the Black Establishment operatives and the DELIVERY OF PROMISED BENEFIT to our community. Any failings by the establishment needs to be put off as intransigence by the greater society in caring about the interests of Black people. Thus the focus of their anger is put upon the greater society rather than the inspection of the AGENDA and the POLICIES contained within that has failed them so.

I credit these Black Establishment Operatives for knowing how my people tick better than I have assumed that they know. We are an enduring people. However, we also tolerate certain things far beyond the point of permissibility.
They play upon the fear that WHITE PEOPLE will one day reestablish the system of oppression upon Black folks that THE LAWS that they fought for has suppressed. This current body of law accompanied by the active outrage from Black folks when these laws are broken have placed these threatening forces IN CHECK. The irony comes in the fact that the most quantitatively significant threats to Black America 2009 come from the areas where the Black community is LOATHED TO SPEAK ABOUT and take action against - OUR OWN!!!!!
I give credit to these operatives. NOT because they have the best interests of Black people in mind and seek to have us fully develop. THEY DON'T!!! I give them credit because, indeed, one thing can be said about their tactics: "IT WORKS EVERY TIME".

The recent "Tea Parties" executed by conservative, Republican groups around the country serves as perfect example. (Stop right here and go out to the majority of the Black Blogs on the Internet and read their depiction of the motivations of these people at the rallies. Go to "AfroSpear" and do some clicking on their affiliate sites)
Indeed you will see that THESE PEOPLE who showed up the other day represent "The Klan 2009". These are the same White people, if you listen to them, who used to gather at the county square to voice their anger during the post-Slavery USA and then upon dispersal - SOME BLACK PEOPLE WOULD BE DEAD, strung up from a tree or their churches burned down. If you can find any "dead Blacks", broken store windows or massive confrontations with law enforcement authorities - please bring them to my attention.
Needless to say - this tactic is sufficient to divert the attention from most Black folks from the underlying issue that has these "White folks" angry: High Taxation. This diversion would be effective EVEN IF we have previously hear Black folks vocalizing the very same concerns in the recent past. In this case THIS IS THE CASE. There has indeed been much consternation regarding taxation and the impact that they are having upon local communities. The City of Atlanta, for example was forced to close a fire station and do massive layoffs because the citizens could not absorb any more TAXES or FEE INCREASES to fill the city coffers. The protests in Atlanta were about the resulting cuts in services. The Tea Party protesters were focusing on the taxes taken as many governments pursued their expansionary role in our lives. Is there truly a difference in the motivations between these two groups?
The best way to provoke SOME Black folks to respond in a prescribed manner is to tell them that the Conservative Republicans support the other position. For some - if they were told that Republicans breathe air - they would hold their breath until someone brought them an alternative such as helium so that they can be in opposition. There is no guarantee that in their oppositional stance the "Black Permanent Interests" serve as the foundation of their position. Ideological preference and the "team sport" of politics trumps these things within some people.
Thus in my research, the content on one of the most blatant blog site for Black Quasi-Socialist Progressive-Fundamentalist Racism Chasers keyed in upon the negation of these protests by noting those who sponsored the tea parties. Thus the round about reference is "These groups have a history of STANDING AGAINST THE BEST INTERESTS OF BLACK PEOPLE and thus they are supporting these Tea Parties there for these Tea Parties are a covert attempt to sublimate the Black Best Interests and you as a self respecting Black man must stand against these Tea Parties". Keep in mind, however, that as they use it "The Black Best Interests" is a relative term based on POPULARITY rather than what they can prove as policies that actually DELIVER upon these interests. The INTENTION of delivery goes further than the actual success of delivery.

This blog no doubt got their information from their favorite White liberal syndication site - The Huffington Post or DailyKOS. Where as Black Conservatives are called "Lapdogs for White Conservative talking points" those BQPFRCs who more blatantly do what they attack others for doing - get away with it because "White Liberals have the best interests of Blacks in mind" and thus this syndicated information is "different".
Thus the fact that they learned that some nefarious right wing forces assisted in organizing these tea parties in some instances was enough for them to tell the Black masses who ALSO are frustrated by taxation to IGNORE these "Sheet-less Klan Protests" - these people are really talking about BLACK PEOPLE taking their money when they are talking about high taxes and the Obama Administration.

Over time I have seen their pattern and I have figured an effective strategy to counter their tactics. It is not that they will agree with me, admitting it publicly. Instead they must "pay the piper" because in their entrenched position - the Black community continues to suffer. The community bears the brunt of their bigoted positions that stifle movement.

I have learned that it is far more telling to evaluate a person based on what he is SILENT UPON rather than attempting to understand his character based on a look at who he is most vocal against.
Thus when I post about the real impact of these Thugs upon the Black Community and our interests I am in fact PROMOTING THE BLACK MAN WHO IS A THREAT AS AN EQUAL HUMAN BEING to his White Racist counterpart. This simply does not sit will with those who are either smitten with "Non-White White Supremacy", thus bathing in their own notions of Black Inferiority OR those who have the threat from White folks as the centerpiece of their own political agenda for the benefit of some force that resides outside of our community and its interests.

If your goal is to defend your own entrenched position while countering someone who is showing you to be a fraud against what you CLAIM to be in strongest support of then you are not going to appreciate anyone who dares point out the threats to your best interests that you are ignoring due to your own ideological and political bigotry.

Thus they survive based on the notion that by shunning all critics they can be made to cease and desist, changing their ways so that THE ODD MAN OUT might come back into the fold by being more agreeable. (The "Attack Sheep Dog" phenomenon which bites all wayward sheep upon the back of the neck so they can come back into the fold, not asking questions.)
My distillation as described above seeks to go above this ideological gamesmanship and key in upon the TRUTH THAT ALL BLACK PEOPLE HAVE INSIDE OF THEM. I believe that most who see my analysis will agree that certain things are out of control. It is the SCAR TISSUE that is present between this core truth within them and that which they are willing to express to the world that blocks their ability to admit what they know to be the truth. I have been in enough "just between us chickens" meetings with Black folks to fully understand what is pressing upon their spirits. Their public face is made to hide this grieving soul. They are little different from the racist White people in the past who knew that the way Black HUMAN BEINGS were being treated was wrong but who cleaved to the notion that this arrangement was necessary in order to achieve the ENDS that they sought.

The are forced to execute a PERMANENT STRUGGLE against their external enemies as their primary mechanism for political activism. When this favorable person comes into power yet fails they are forced to "Expand The Police Tape", making an indictment upon the greater society rather than question their own assumptions regarding how to actually obtain their best interests rather than constantly struggle for them.
In this case THEY are the force that is out of alignment with THE BLACK BEST INTERESTS. MANAGEMENT, on the other hand focuses supremely upon THE RESOURCES THAT YOU CONTROL and how they can be aligned so that they can produce more instances of DESIRED OUTCOMES. This is inherently an ORGANIC process. It forces those who are thus interested in the END to consider the MEANS and keep these resources in line over a certain time interval. This comes in direct conflict with those who seek to LOOSEN society's chains held upon the individual, preventing him from doing what he pleases.
The Black Establishment will not CHANGE until the Black Community breaks free of these forces that seek to use it for their own agenda.
