Civil Rights Community Have No Motivation To Go After Democratic/Black Governing Bodies That Violate Civil Rights

880 Fulton inmates still await trial a year later

Let me be clear - I am not inclined to spend my focus upon the "criminal justice" side of the argument. This is typically an area where "the Left" is most strong. My concept of "Justice Thurgood Marshall Justice" is focused upon the tendency of various operatives to focus upon how the system has made the criminal defendant into a victim.

Why then the silence about the justice or lack there of in Fulton County Georgia? According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution 880 individuals locked up in Fulton have been incarcerated more than one year as they await for a trial.

Normally such information would cause various activist groups - NAACP, Concerned Black Clergy of Atlanta, ACLU, Committee for the People's Agenda to kick into action and attack the government that dared to violate the rights of the criminally accused who are now in limbo as they sit in jail.

No such active movement exists on this subject.

The Fulton County government is now in the hands of the Democratic Party. I am hard pressed to reject the notion that the county board and the establishment running the jails and legal system being in favorable hands makes these actorvists disinclined to throw bombs at them for the sake of bringing shame and public attention. They would have no problem doing so when these important institutions are in "enemy hands".
