Why is anyone surprised when a "Racism Chaser" does what racism chasers do best? Make everything that they stand against an issue of RACE as a means of putting their opponents on the defensive?

You have to credit the Democrats though. From the SCHIP bill to this latest Stimulus Package they take an otherwise good bill, add items that offend the conscious of clear thinking conservatives and then wait for them to respond. In doing so they make the claim that Conservatives stand against the interests of the people. If you don't eat the poison pill put in by the Progressives - you stand against the people.
The Republicans need to do a better job at being clear. In this latest round of Stimulus animus they have failed miserably. They need to market their REQUIREMENTS in a framework model. How much spending on aid for the unemployed, job creation and tax cuts they will accept. When the Democrats add in their pork, the Republicans can then point out how their model is violated.
I have been following the Broadband Stimulus Package, for example. The front end claim is that this $7 billion is to bring the high speed Internet to rural areas who are not served. Why would I be against that? In fact I would be one of the first ones using it when I travel there.
ANSWER - the Democrats who are keen to exploit technology as a "social justice" movement also added in the mandate that any carrier who takes the money is not allowed to use "congestion management" on these networks. You see - while Billy Bob the hacker seeks to use his $29 per month Internet connection to stream all of the porno movies he can get his hands on to his television - his bandwidth used takes away from what others use. In this fraudulent argument over "Net Neutrality" the government progressives seek to limit the ability of careers to implement "fair queuing" technologies in which certain traffic is not allowed to dominate the trunk circuits and thereby make other people's connections slow.

As far as James Clyburn goes - he is little more than yet another old race pimp. He knows how to stir up the Black Progressive masses.
We see already that their strategy to counter the Republicans is to feign a "racist Conservative" attack against the Black President and Black people. Even the brown skinned governor of Louisiana is not free from this assault.
They seek policy dominance and to subvert any debate over substantive issues.
The key RACIALISTS that need to be forced to CHANGE are the Leftists who know that they can get away with the "Black man as the victim" role.
