Over time I have learned to "ask better questions" as a means of smoking certain operatives out of their comfortable lounge chair.
The civil rights warlords of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference say "the STRUGGLE is not over".
This sentiment has been fundamental in the "Racism Chasing" element of the label "Black Quasi-Socialist Progressive-Fundamentalist Racism Chaser" label that I have crafted as a functional description of their antics.
Does it come to anyone's consciousness upon hearing such a claim to ask the SCLC: "Excuse me SCLC - could any of you all who have 'marched with King' tell us exactly WHAT the END OF THE STRUGGLE WILL LOOK LIKE?"
Seriously.
If a bus load of people are on a journey and yet their drivers and navigators tell them "No we are not there yet - don't get off of our motor coach" that they have the masses riding upon isn't the next logical question: WHERE THE HELL ARE WE GOING for YOU to know WHEN IT IS TIME?
This is all about "The Establishment". Those who have traditionally had control per their work in the Civil Rights Movemetn are used to controlling the agenda for the Black community. Effectively speaking for us in the process.
I have talked about the imporance of "The Narrative" in many posts. Those who control the narrative controls the message. There are 101 elements at the feet of those who have the microphone. They often choose the elements that excentuate their particular strenghts and motivations. They also bury those points that don't play to their positioning.
For the SCLC the strengths are - pursuing evidence of WHITE RACISM.
The weakness of the SCLC is their ability to address INTERNAL problems that are negatively impacting the lives of African Americans
- Black on Black violence
- Failing Urban Schools
- The assault upon the banks and businesses by Thug Robbers
They have no answers beyond their area of forte.
The problem IS NOT the SCLC.
The problem resides with the Black Community. We are not demanding resolution to the key problems that are. The SCLC is stuck withn the 1960's.
Right around the corner is a perfect "project" for them to attend to:
