Dekalb County GA Pays Tribute To Two Fallen Officers One Year Later

The Children who's fathers were taken from them by a Thug Killer WITH an Automatic Weapon but WITHOUT any respect for the law or human life

One year ago in January 2008 two young Black civil servants were shot down by a Thug.

There were no riots in the community with rioters saying "They must stop killing our people"
There were no protests there were no protests and demands for JUSTICE
There as no $25 million lawsuit against the killer

When the loss of life of a Black man can elicit such a stark difference in a community - the only variable being the question of if he had a badge indicating his official capacity then the problem is not with the killer or the victim.  The problem is with the community which is displaying such inconsistency.

If Barker and Bryan were "Black Drug Thugs", terrorizing the community and they had gotten shot down like dogs by the police - their assassinations would have triggered such a response by the people.

For the record - I give credit to the "official Dekalb County" authorities for their actions of honoring their fallen officers.  There was a mega-church full of people in attendance at their joint memorial service at New Birth Church.

I saw the nearly all Black county and police leadership on stage officiating the ceremony.

Does this "Mrs Officer" look like she would have anything to do with Lil Wayne?
