Clayton County Watch - Former Sheriff Under Federal Investigation - Things Will Be Different When WE Run Things - Indeed

AJC: Sheriff: Feds investigate Hill over missing weapons

None of this matters if the voters of Clayton County Georgia don't learn from their past mistakes over the past few elections and instead begin to live by the words of Martin Luther King Jr (modified slightly):

Judge a political candidate by the content of his character and his experience with producing good governance not by the color of his skin and his membership in the Democratic Party.

In the Black community such embarrassments put upon the performance of a political official that shames the community with his performance is borne upon the INDIVIDUAL but never the PARTY to which he belongs to.....except if he is a Black Republican.

Sources close to the investigation said prosecutors are looking into allegations that Hill misused drug forfeiture money and other federal funding, along with allegations he took equipment purchased with federal dollars.

On Dec. 30, Kimbrough said he and new Clayton District Attorney Tracy Graham-Lawson met with the U.S. Attorney’s office in Atlanta about an ongoing investigation into Hill. Kimbrough declined to discuss that investigation.

Kimbrough said he now has passed on information about the missing equipment, along with other concerns.
