On the Tuesday August 27th version of the Bev Smith Show Ms. Smith alleges that the 14 soldiers who died in a helicopter crash last week in Iraq, a number of them were scheduled to testify against a US soldier who was on trial for abusive behavior against Iraqi people.
So get this. The US Military arranged the deaths of 14 of its own soliders so that the deeds of 2 soliders could be covered up. Why does this stuff go unchalleged on the air?
Think about it folks. Does the unsuccessful prosecution of these 2 risk a mass riot in Iraq? What then is the risk to the US Military in having these two stand trial?
I have begun to record the Bev Smith show just to understand the death grip that is upon our community.

What more can you expect from a woman touting socialism? What more can you expect from a woman that secretly hates this country? What more can you expect from a woman steeped in liberalism by liberal whites? I digress.
If the government wanted to cover something up, wouldn't they have killed anybody that might talk BEFORE the news became public of any possible abuse and BEFORE a trial was even planned?
Any haters of the US government already have their bone in the news of a trial alone. If the government wanted to spin it after the fact, they'd ensure the person on trial received a stiff penalty to make a show of prosecuting claims. If the person on trial is found to be innocent, everybody knows that will cause more of a stir than if they are found guilty.
What's really sad, is that the families of those dead servicemen now have to endure nuts claiming their loved ones were killed intentionally by the government they served.
If Bev Smith honestly believed this government was THAT corrupt, she'd already be broadcasting from a remote undisclosed location outside of the United States, or Cuba :-) .
Despite what you all say.......she enjoys a nationally syndicated radio show with a certain following. Just like the Art Bell show has a following who tuned in for his off the wall antics - people tune into Bev Smith for her unique style.
She practices the "gotcha style" of assembling conspiracy theories. She will give the conclusion of her theory, piece together associated "facts" that affirm the conspiracy and then suggest to the callers that she was not born yesterday.
All the while there is often a whole set of TRUTH that she has skipped over. Thus if you build a "truth" by putting two half truths together there is a "whole lie" remaining that you chose not to discuss.
I listened to her entertain John Conyers on the radio as they both plotted on how to impeach Bush. I listened to her entertain Reg Weaver of the NEA who put forth the claim that Bush was not spending enough on education. She nor her listeners are aware of the real numbers. You would swear that Bush has cut spending when in fact more money has been spent in his administration than in Clinton's.
Sadly if an individual gets their news from this source alone they will be woefully confused.
